She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustine Gomez and Hilaria Gomez; and her brothers, Pete Gomez, Santos Gomez and Gabriel Gomez (Gabby).

She is survived by: her husband Lorenzo E. Farias Sr.; her children, Lorenzo G Farias Jr. (Dalia) of Baytown and Mary H. LeBlanc (Randy) of LaPorte; and her sister Annie Garcia of Richmond, Texas. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
