He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Elijah Cook and Gladys Crumbly Cook of Houston; his children, Jeffrey Cook, Lisa Butler of Highlands and Tonya Cook (Heather Adams); and his grandchildren, Michael Cook and Maddie Borden.
