He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rogowski and Margaret Rogowski. He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Cosio; his children, Michelle McNeil, Thomas Rogowski and Renee Hemphill; his grandchildren, Ryan Taylor Hemphill, Joseph Rogowski and Shirley Rogowski; and his sisters, Tami Aldrin and Jani Plesniak.
