He is survived by: his wife Kathy Brock; his children, Joe McCune (Teena), Lauren McCune and Lyndsey Hartrick (Chris); his brother David Brock (Sharon); his grandchildren, Jordan Lawrence (Bryant), Christian McCune, Lundan McCune, Gabrielle McCune, Hudson Hartrick and Spencer Hartrick; and his nephews, Jacob and Josh Brock.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral and Cremation Services (6123 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Brookside Memorial Park (13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039).
