Sullivan; his sister Deborah; his brother-in-law Scott Bettes; his grandson Zachary Capps; his niece Rhianna Sullivan (Andrew Rivera); his great-niece Brielle Rivera; his aunts, Alene and Judy Williams; his uncle Hugh Peek; and his pets, Roxy and Bruce. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
