He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar Fountain Steele and Eldie Long Steele. He is survived by: his wife Sue Steele; his sons, Steven Steele (Suzette) and Paul Steele (Angie); his grandchildren, Michael Steele II, Brandon Steele, Ashlynne Steele, Leisa McWatters and Aimee Brown; and his great grandchildren, Ember Steele, Amaris Steele, Preslee McWatters and Jaxlee McWatters.
