He was predeceased by: his parents, George Loma (Kathryn Russell Allen) and Alta Loma; and his brothers, Ricky and George R. Allen. He is survived by: his wife Linda Howard Allen; his daughters, Sharon Jason (Jay) and Cindy Allen; and his granddaughters, Reagan Hernandez (Devin) and Brianna Jason. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, and friends.
