He was predeceased by: his wife Sofia Duran; his parents, Concepcion Duran and Irene Duran; and his siblings, Octaviano Duran, Concepcion Duran, Zenaida Garza, Mariana Gonzalez and Esperanza Villarreal.
He is survived by: his children, Servando Duran Jr., Sylvia Ynfante (Alfonso), George Duran, Sergio Duran (Claudia), Irene Duran, Eleazar Duran (Vanessa), Fernando Duran (Carolina), Diana Garza (Anselmo) and Sara Sanchez (Alfred); and his siblings, Leonila Ramirez, Jose Angel Duran, Esther Gomez (Elias), Guadalupe Duran (Maria Elena) and Rafael Duran. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
