She is survived by: her stepfather James Parker; her sons, Charles Lynn Hart, Jason Lee Grothe and Zeke Clark Boyles; her sister Gay Perault; her brother-in-law Jim Perault; her cousin Crystal Hart; her nieces and nephews, Shannon Hale (Derrick), Kelsey Knowles, Ray Welch, Renee Blalock and Mathew Perault; and her granddaughters, Shyla Hart, Tessa Hart, Kadince Grothe, Zoey Hart and Kamryn Grothe. She is also survived by her friends, family, her children and grandchildren.
