He is survived by: his parents, Ynocencio Oviedo and Bernarda Oviedo; his children, Thomas Oviedo Jr. of Baytown and Karen (Roy Ugalde) of Crosby, Texas.; his grandchildren, Kathryn Callaway, Victoria Ugalde, Mona Piña, Edward Oviedo and Alexis Oviedo; his son-in-law Roy Ugalde; his nephews, Luis Rey Rodriguez and Joseph Rodriguez; and his grandson Chris Ugalde. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
