He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Odell Long and Lorene Long; his children, Melissa Ozbirn and Nolan Long; his siblings, Christine Warner, Frances Morgan and Glen Long; and his wife Barbara Long. He was also cherished by 7 grandkids and 3 great grandkids.
