He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Owen Kay and Rodney Kay; his son Justin Kay (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Jordan Ortiz, Kye Garcia and Kinsley Kay. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
