He is survived by: his sons, Allen David Minter (Donna Gayle), Donald Brian Minter (Linda Diane) and John Wilson Minter (Liz Macinas); his grandchildren, Victoria, Kristin, Ashley, Bobby and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Braden, Margo, Hudson and Bennett.
