He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Perry Frank; his children, Tamara L. Frank-Nunn (Willie) of Texas City, TX, Cardell L. Frank (Michelle) of Houston, TX and Carlwayne L.; his siblings, Aslee Frank Webb, Loretta Frank Chretien (Robert), Dixie Lyons and Anthony Seals; his godchildren, Eric Perry and Jillian Dawn Benjamin; and his friend Sis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, some close friends.
