He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bennie Vowell and Charles Vowell; his grandparents, Victaw, Gertrude Vowell, Luther and Corrie Patridge; his daughter Jessica Vowell Chandler; his son-in-law Nathan Chandler; his sister Sharon Jackson; his brother-in-law Bill Jackson; his nieces, Mary and Kaylee; his aunts, Deane (Gene), Sue (Jim) and Bonnie; and his cousins, Clifford, Katina Vowell, Sherry and Buddy Hughes.
