He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Jenkins; his sisters, Melinda Barrow (Wendell) and Marilyn Carlisle (Boyce); his nephews, David Barrow (Candace) and Jason Carlisle (Becky); his niece Jennifer Kovalcik (Steven); and his friend Roy King. He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews.
