She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Luther and Amma Havard Segrest; her son Jimmy Griffith; and her brothers, Jacob Segrest and Hubert Segrest.
She is survived by: her husband Brandon Spruell of Lufkin; her daughter Dawn Teal (Mike) of College Station; her stepsons, Jeremy Spruell of Santa Fe and Marek Spruell of Houston; her grandchildren, Trey Griffith (Jennifer) of Houston, Justin Griffith of Houston, Taylor Teal of College Station and Tanner Teal of College Station; her great grandchildren, Ryland Griffith of Baytown, Jimmy Blake Griffith of Houston and Avery Griffith of Houston; her siblings, Edward Segrest of Cedar Edge, David Segrest of Lufkin, Mittie Goodman of Lufkin and Edwina Anderson of Lufkin; and her daughter-in-law Audrey Crawford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
