He is survived by: his wife Sherry Hill; his children, Phillip Hill Jr. (Tiffany), Melody Lembuguni (Yohana) and Keith Hill; his grandchildren, Aryia Hill, Aubree Hill, Jesua Hill, Chloe Lembuguni and Emily Lembuguni; and his siblings, Chester Hill Jr., Pam Celestian and Joan Jones.
