He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cushman and Mary Cushman; his siblings, Sarah Cushman and George Cushman; his brother-in-law Timothy Dubose; his nephews, Christopher and Sean Dubose; and his great-nephew Jimmy Polarek.
He is survived by: his wife Leslie Cushman; his daughters, Savannah and Madeleine Cushman; his sister Judith Cushman Dubose; his brothers-in-law, David Swain and John Lowrance; and his father-in-law Colonel Jerry Lowrance.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Navarre Funeral Home Chapel (2444 Rollingbrook Dr, Baytown, TX 77521). A rosary was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Navarre Funeral Home (2444 Rollingbrook Dr, Baytown, TX 77521).
