He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Murray; his daughter Sonya Murray; and his son-in-law Lee Bretos. He is survived by: his wife Debra Thibodaux Murray; his daughter Alicia Murray-Bretos; his grandchildren, Jennifer McGinnis-Burt (Doug), Alexis Haynes, Michael Haynes, Jill Resendez, Andrew Resendez and Evan Paul Bretos; his great grandchildren, Mason Resendez, Carter Resendez and Hudson Lee Haynes; his stepchildren, Richard Hernandez, Rebecca Hernandez and Andrea Bent; his stepgrandchildren, Ariana Hernandez, Nicholas Bent, Richard Hernandez, Jr. and Rayden Hernandez; and also, Magaly Murray, Ana Cambrils, Manolo Cambrils, Luisa Carrasco, Betty Calvo and Alberto Calvo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, and a host of long-time friends.
