He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Fowlkes and Beulah Lankford Fowlkes. He is survived by: his children, Mary Demura (Dennis) of Winfree, TX, Garry Stewart (Clarissa) of Vanleer, TN and Ray Stewart (Cindy) of Michigan; and his siblings, Ruth Hall, Kenneth Fowlkes and Magdaline Vineyard. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; many great and great-great grandchildren.
