She is survived by: her sister-in-law Gerry Cook; her children, Nick Boyett (Paula) and Carol Boyett; her grandchildren, Angela Hudson, Brian Boyett (Tracey) and Nicki Boyett (Craig); and her great grandchildren, Steve Smith, Jr., Ethan Lockard and Zachary Lockard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
