It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Choate of Baytown, Texas, born in Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on November 11, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Ellis Wilson and Audrey Pearl Wilson (LaFollette); her husband Gerald E. Choate; and her siblings, Jesse, Victor Wilson and Margaret Choate.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Choate (Julie), Marilyn Davis (John), Leisa Porter (Ted) and Rochelle Graf (Joe); her grandchildren, Amanda Ford (Andrew), Emily Davis, Laura Devereaux (Michael), Andrew Choate, Jeremy Porter (Kristine), Ryan Porter, Justin Graf, Melissa Graf and Angela Graf; and her great grandchildren, Evie Porter, Jack Porter and Maisie Ford.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
