It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mike Finley (Baytown, Texas), who passed away on December 27, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. P. Finley and Veva Nell Finley; his sister Rose Scarborough; and his brother-in-law Mike Scarborough. He is survived by: his wife Judy Griffin Finley; his daughter Ashley Whitaker; his son-in-law Richard Whitaker; and his granddaughters, Carleigh and Lauren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a whole slew of friends.
