He is survived by: his wife Susan of Baytown; his brother Raybon Joe Theus of Livingston; his son Michael Timothy; his grandchildren, Jacey, Michael Layne, Mia, Cayman, Cayson, Clennon, Tenslie, Tysen, Rhealyn and Caylyn; and his sister Kimberly Summers of San Antonio, Texas.
