He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Michaela and Sydnie; his mother-in-law Fonda Butaud; his siblings-in-law, Kellie Butaud Skarda (Scott) and Arthur Butaud Jr. (Kelly); his nieces, Ashlee Glatter, Lauren Butaud Moorehead (Jared), Alyssa Skarda (Danny) and Hope Thorne; his son-in-law Trey Willis; his uncle Bill Harrison; his aunt Becky Harrison Dukarm (Edward); and his cousins, Donald Dukarm, Paul Dukarm, Robert Reynolds and Chris Harrison.
