He is survived by: his wife Michelle Edwards Mack; and his children, Dion Mack (Mallory), David Mack (Amanda), April Lewis (Bubba) and Charde Thomas. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren, a mother-in-law, 4 siblings, 5 sisters-in-laws, 4 brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
