He was predeceased by: his father William E. Few, Jr.; and his brothers, William E. Few, III and Frank A. Few. He is survived by: his mother Sue Ashwood Williams; his daughter Angela Wilson; his brother Jethro W. Williams (Tina); his grandparents, Bill and Lois Ashwood; and his grandchildren, Dustin M. Few, Derick Wilson and Jared Odom (Katt Lomison). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
