He was predeceased by: his parents, T. H. "Pat" and Jessie Coker Guy; his sister Mary Guy; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Guy. He is survived by: his wife Carol Alley Guy; his sons, Kevin Guy (Jana) and Gary Guy (Tiffany); and his grandchildren, Allie Guy, Katie Guy, Zoe Guy, Oliver Guy and Willie Guy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
