She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Ray Cagan; her daughter Winter Armesto (Stephen); and her siblings, Linda Rawlins, Hollis Cagan, Junior Cagan, Maureen Cagan, Kelvin Cagan, Carl Cagan, Marilyn Ollivierre, Carol Greene, Madonna Henry and Catherine Cagan-Brown. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
