She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Mazilynn Forman; her father Brian Scott Forman; her grandmother Kathy Gentry; her uncle Milton "Joseph" Williams; her great-grandparents, Marlin, Joyce Kaderli, Bill, JoAnn Arnett and Wenner; her mother Chandra Nicole Forman; her brother Mason Forman; her grandparents, Glenn, Pamela Gordon of Montrose, Alabama, Paul Gentry of Highlands and Connie Forman; her aunt Lisa; her uncle Jim Jimenez; her cousins, Morgan, Contessa Williams, Cari, Blake Pagel, Baylee, Max Brill, Juleigh Jimenez and Ashleigh Jimenez; and her close friend Kaylee Cauthen.
She participated in various marathons for charity.
