He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Webster and Addie Lee Waggoner Palmer; and his wife Shirley A. Tyra Palmer. He is survived by: his children, Karen Dzilsky (Bill), Keith Palmer, Kathy Lemman (Douglas), Karla Palmer and Kyle Palmer; his brother Jake W. Morris; his grandchildren, Cara Cisneros (Robert), Nicole Lemman and Mazen Alrasheed; and his great grandchild Isabella Cisneros. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
