He is survived by: his daughter Shelby Dean; his parents, Tommy Fountain of Old River and Sherrie Dean of Corrigan; his sisters, Carrie Dean Bland, Dena McLaren and Alicia Mollinedo; his stepsiblings, Thomas Fountain, Selena Anson and David Jackson; and his nephews, Tyler, Taylor and Hunter Parker.
