She is survived by: her husband Leonard Kurtz; her children, Kara (Jay Edwards), Lenee'Pulver, Heather (Jason Thumann), Nicolas Kurtz and Lucas (Haley Swarthout); her grandchildren, Brianna Pulver, Haley Pulver, Baylee Crowther, Amberlee Wright, Luis Castillo, Carlee Wright, Emily Thumann, Brian Thumann and Shane Swarthout; her sister Janet Covington; her brother-in-law Jon Covington; her brother John Lewis; her sister-in-law Julie Lewis; and her pets, Little Man and Belle. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
