He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Clarice Evelyn Welch; his parents, Lenard Lee Welch and Lucy Pearl Welch; his sister Janice Baumbach; his children, Mike Welch of Arizona, Mark Welch (Debo) of Rusk and Debra Harlien (Dane) of Crosby, Texas.; his grandchildren, Brent Harlien (Tamara), Julie McClure (Joel) of Crosby, Stacy McCown (Greg) and Brad Welch (Brittany) of Rusk; and his brothers, Kenneth Welch (Sarah) of Bellville and Mickey Welch (Linda) of Crosby. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
