He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Paul Cone and Alice Virginia Cotton; his wife Faye Culpepper Cone; his siblings, Eugenia Lawerence, Faye Crunk and Roy Cone; and his great grandchild Crystal Gardner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shirley Bradford (Brad), Kathy Elliott (Ken) and Lisa Goss (Selby); his grandchildren, Alyssa Rogers (James), Kolby Elliott, Kristina Trice (Buck) and Angie Goss; his great grandchildren, Bradley, Hannah, Elizabeth Faye Rogers, Cross, Abigail Trice, Craig Enderli (Elizabeth), Brandi Day (Gary) and Eric Gardner (Courtney); his great great grandchildren, Dakota, William, Ryan Enderli, Christopher, Bradley Chance, Chloe'Ross, Savannah and Carlee Garner; and his caregivers, Emma, Lillian and Jan.
