She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer T. Palmer and Sadie Palmer; her husband Ivy Roy Leavins; and her siblings, Ray Palmer, Shirley Dale Palmer and Mildred Felts.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Coburn, Betty Phillips, Brenda Compton, Bobby Palmer and Ronnie Palmer; her daughter Carolyn; her son-in-law Hubert W. McMinn Jr.; her son George W; her daughter-in-law Leona Leavins; and her grandchildren, Angela, Joseph Sticher, Brandi, Hubert W. McMinn III, Laura, Danny Varela, Abby, Sha Leavins, Kristen, Thomas Mullinnix and Jesse Diller. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
