He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Foy and Alberta Brown-Foy; his stepmother Eudora Lucia Foy; his siblings, Raphael, Mary, Roberto and Violet; and his stepdaughter Faheemah.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mercedes, Felicita, Clinton, Faye, Joan, Tommy and Teresita; his children, Patricia, Francisco, Keela and Kethel; his grandchildren, Yemalia, Jahniel, Haile, Grace, Naomi and Makeda; his sons-in-law, Thane (Jahall) and Miller; and his former wife Mary Foy (Suzie).
