She was predeceased by: her parents, Wynn "Pee Wee" Ewing and Pebble Ewing Kohltfarber; her brother Robert "Bob" Ewing; her husbands, Merl Adcock and Robert "Bob" Greenawalt; her son Terry Adcock; and her daughter-in-law Carla Adcock.

She is survived by: her sister Jeanne Warren; her children, Ronnie Adcock, Kay Perez and Sherrill Santana (Gilbert); her daughter-in-law Sandy Adcock; and her grandchildren, Terrill Pitkin (Courtney), Bryant Pitkin (Leah), Megan O'Bannion (Shaun), Sara Davis (Vince), Kasi Bevel (Ryan), Amy Conner (Bubba), Adam Adcock-Perez (Myra) and Olivia Gutierrez (Nicholas). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren as well as cousins, nieces, and nephews.
