She was predeceased by: her parents, William Holubec (Bill) and Mary Holubec; her spouse Royce Hilton Smith; her son James Allen Smith; and her siblings, Elizabeth McFall and Jerry Holubec.

She is survived by: her daughter Gloria Enloe (Dennis); her stepgranddaughters, Robin Waller (Russell), Rosalyn Smith (Ricky) and Brandy Wiggins (Joe); and her siblings, Clarence Holubec, Larry Holubec, Garry Holubec and Willie Mae Wheeler.
