She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Ray Burchfield; her parents, Charles A. Freeman and Winnie Nerren Freeman; her siblings, Charles K. Freeman and Betty Lou Freeman Ivy; and her granddaughters, Catharine Marie and Dana Lea Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Lee Scott (Sam), Dellamarie Lemoine, Patricia Ellen "Tricky" Horton (Ramsey) and Daniel Lipscomb Burchfield (Shannon); her grandchildren, Emily, Melanie, Paul Jr., Leah, Josie, Jonilee, Daniel, Krissi, Cade, Ramsey, Amanda and Cordale; her sister Doris Nell Freeman Christie; and her caregivers, Ann, Micheline and Chaplain George Dahdouh. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
