He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Dean Sherman and Marian Eloise Gray-Sherman; and his daughter Shannon Trimmer. He is survived by: his wife Lois Thomas Sherman; his children, John T. Sherman (Daniale), Erin Schaugaard, Mandy DeHay (John) and Matthew G. Sherman (Shellie); his grandchildren, Typhani Stambaugh (Griffin), Tanya DeHay, Robby Trimmer, Michael Wehr, Jaleb Sherman, Anthony Catalani, Mady Wehr, Jaron Sherman, Zack DeHay, Ilaria Catalani, Aedan Sherman Kasey Ruegge, Kora Ruegge, Ashton Sherman, Gabe Enriquez, Christian Tacito-Sherman, Emelie Enriquez and Hinckley Schaugaard; his great grandchildren, Caspian Stambaugh, Brayden Ritch, Wyatt Trichell and Wiley Trichell; his sister Bev Vandergraph (David); and his uncle Bill Gray. He is also survived by his kids and grandkids.
