He is survived by: his wife Norma Gillis; his children, Stephanie Eversole (Alfredo Galvez Morales) and John Eversole, Jr. (Tonya Eversole); his grandsons, Tyler Doc Eversole and Kendall Preston Eversole; and his siblings, Patsy Dierschke, Bob Eversole and Carolyn Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
