He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Judson Osborne and Betty Jean Workman. He is survived by: his wife Emma Osborne of Baytown, TX; his children, Angela (Brian) of Centreville, VA and Jeremy (Kate) of Boca Raton, FL; his grandchildren, Sam, Ayden and Kinnley; his brother Jerry (Iona) of Florida; and his close friend Wallace. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Jim's name to Northside Baptist Church, Baytown TX.
