He was predeceased by: his parents, Lela Hamm Jones and Burton Enloe Jones; and his son Samuel Andrew Jones. He is survived by: his daughter J. B.; his daughter-in-law Joy; his wife Joy; his children, Nick (Cindy Jones) and Emily (R. J. Claassen); his great grandchildren, Caitlin, J. Russell Martin, Henry Koch, Samantha, Michael Hall (MaKinleigh), Mark, Ashley Jones (Oliver), Evan, Liz Jones (Jack), Laramie, Quinton Williams (Wyatt), Caroline Claassen, Rob Claassen and Ellen Claassen; and his sister Jean Hall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
