He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Harlan and Irene Harlan; and his siblings, Charles Harlan and Sylvia Ludtke. He is survived by: his wife Regina Harlan; his children, Angie Johnston (Glen) and Bruce Harlan (Dina); and his grandchildren, Cristin Grandjean (Kevin), Jennifer McCollough (Greg), Colton Reed (Kasey), Lauren Guilbeau (Tyler), Alexis Lenz (Cody), Makenzie Schneider (Owen), Ashlyn Keller (Stephen) and Arika Harlan. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
