He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Stafford and Ida Bell Rainey Stafford; and his siblings, Marietta Pongratz, Francis Girard, Betty Stoll and Roy Stafford.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jean Rash Stafford; his sons, Steve Stafford (Alma) and Mark Stafford (Laurie); his siblings, Helen Mays, Iris Weeke, Jim Stafford and Bill Stafford; his grandchildren, Chris Stafford (Fallon), Lindsie Upson (Warren), Amanda Heathco (George), Cari DeHoyos, Leana DeHoyos, Tyler Stafford (Alicia), Alexis Hancock (Mason) and Rachel Kell (Gage); and his great grandchildren, Ella Heathco, Brady, Karter Upson, Silas, Socorro DeHoyos, Liam, Carson Hancock, Olivia, Margot Stafford and Mya Stafford.
