He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Milton Belk and Frankie Carr Belk; and his sister Debra Belk. He is survived by: his spouse Marshalyn Carrell Belk; his daughter Ashley Michelle; his spouse Jeremy Barrett of Conroe; his granddaughter Paige Elizabeth Barrett of Conroe; and his siblings, John Belk and Patricia Schrock (David) of Baytown.
