He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Kathy Nelson; his cousin Kim Robertson; and his grandmother Leona Nelson. He is survived by: his son James Brock; his daughter-in-law Julie Nelson of Baytown; his daughter Victoria Lauren; his son-in-law Michael Wingwood of Baytown; his parents, Charlotte Ray (Harris) and James Walter Nelson; his brothers, John Nelson of Liberty, Joseph and Charla Nelson of Livingston; and his grandchildren, Brookelin, Breydon, McKenzie and Peyton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
