He was predeceased by: his wife Jan Majors Hoover; his son Matthew Hoover; and his brother Carl Hoover Jr.. He is survived by: his brothers, Donald K. Hoover and Don; and also Tony Gilchrist. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
